We're looking for a highly organized
Fleet Dispatcher to coordinate drivers, manage routes, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Full Time, Full Benefits, 6am to 4pm, up to 30/hr.
Located in Houston, TX
What You'll Do:
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers throughout the day.
- Coordinate routes, pickups, deliveries, and service calls.
- Monitor driver progress and respond quickly to delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and transportation records.
- Work closely with customers, drivers, and management to ensure on-time service.
- Prioritize urgent requests while keeping operations efficient and compliant.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure.
- A positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
