We're looking for a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to help maintain and repair our growing fleet, ensuring every vehicle operates at peak performance.

Your Role as a Fleet Mechanic:

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Mechanic:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational reliability
• Repair and replace vehicle components, including brakes, suspension, steering, and other essential systems
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair orders, and service documentation
• Work closely with fellow mechanics and maintenance leadership to meet service schedules and repair deadlines
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
• Help minimize vehicle downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking for in a Fleet Mechanic:

• Previous experience as a Fleet Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Fleet Technician, or Diesel Mechanic preferred
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
• Experience working with fleet vehicles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, safety-focused, and highly motivated
• Valid driver's license required
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
