Maintenance Technician / Relief Propane DriverLocation: Morgantown, INPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and hands-on Fleet Maintenance Technician to support our equipment, vehicles, and facility operations. This role handles general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance, while also stepping in as a backup propane delivery driver during peak seasons or when coverage is needed.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs on company vehicles and equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, tire service, and preventative inspections
- Complete detailed service logs and maintain accurate repair records
- Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean and in safe working condition
- Follow all company safety standards and operational procedures
- Provide seasonal support as a relief propane delivery driver when needed
- Assist the Location Manager with additional operational tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience preferred
- Experience performing routine vehicle maintenance and inspections
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and troubleshooting equipment
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Able to follow established processes and safety protocols
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities
Education & Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- CDL License (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit, bend, kneel, and reach overhead regularly
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a shop environment and outdoors when required
