Fleet Mechanic / Utility Maintenance - Cleveland, Ohio - JOB 26-00224 Pay Range: $27.00 - $33.00/HR
Permanent Position with BenefitsCleveland, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Fleet Maintenance Mechanic to perform general repairs on fleet vehicles and construction equipment.
REQUIREMENTS- High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
- Valid driver's license with 3+ years' experience with vehicle or construction equipment maintenance
- Knowledge to troubleshoot and perform general repairs on fleet vehicles and construction equipment
- Inspect, repair, document & perform underground excavation and/or utility repairs and maintenance on manholes and components
- Capable of running and operating heavy construction equipment
- Learn to identify, troubleshoot and fix HVAC distribution system including valves, traps, PRV's, etc.
- Provide daily logs, vehicle inspections, and miscellaneous reports
- Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and weekends
- 6G Welding certification, heavy equipment operation, or advanced piping/HVAC knowledge is a plus
