    What you'll need to succeed as a Fleet Maintenance Analyst at XPO

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, 4 years of related work experience or equivalent military experience
    • 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or a related field

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivots, etc.) and PowerPoint
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for the intended audience

    What you'll do on a typical day:

    • Support members of the equipment administration team, operations personnel and fleet maintenance department
    • Resolve issues and recommend solutions related to maintenance issues and vehicle assignments
    • Monitor database and track company car assignments
    • Confirm the accuracy of the database and generate monthly reports
    • Confirm the accuracy of repair invoices and process them timely
    • Handle and complete ad hoc projects, reporting and requests as needed
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
