    What your day looks like

    • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows-based tools.
    • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime across our dedicated fleet.
    • Conduct DOT inspections in line with FMCSA regulations.
    • Tackle hands-on work: lift/pull 75 lbs+ as needed, stand or lie for extended periods, and move with the flexibility required to access equipment.

    What you bring

    • Valid driver's license.
    • A technical/advanced degree or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
    • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Team-focused mindset and strong customer service—clear written and verbal communication included.
    • Willingness to complete an on-site evaluation with recommended training.
