What your day looks like
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on tractors and trailers using JPRO, OEM Diagnostic Software, Multimeters, and Windows-based tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime across our dedicated fleet.
- Conduct DOT inspections in line with FMCSA regulations.
- Tackle hands-on work: lift/pull 75 lbs+ as needed, stand or lie for extended periods, and move with the flexibility required to access equipment.
What you bring
- Valid driver's license.
- A technical/advanced degree or 2+ years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Team-focused mindset and strong customer service—clear written and verbal communication included.
- Willingness to complete an on-site evaluation with recommended training.
