    Position Summary

    The Fleet Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the lifecycle management of fleet assets by coordinating equipment programs, maintaining asset records, supporting procurement activities, and ensuring data accuracy across fleet systems. This position serves as a central point of contact between Fleet, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and vendors to ensure fleet activities are executed efficiently and accurately.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate fleet equipment overhaul, swing, acquisition, and transfer activities.

    • Maintain accurate asset, equipment, and fleet records.

    • Manage equipment numbering, asset hierarchies, and data quality within SAP.

    • Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and invoice resolution.

    • Prepare fleet reports and maintain documentation within SharePoint.

    • Support inventories, audits, and compliance requirements.

    • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies.

    • Provide guidance on fleet processes and documentation standards.

    • Identify opportunities to improve fleet management, reporting, and data integrity.

    • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

    Travel Requirements

    • Ability to travel periodically to company facilities, field locations, and vendor sites. Travel is expected to be approximately 10-20%, depending on business needs and project requirements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 0-2 years of experience in supporting project management, asset management, inventory planning, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field and a high school diploma or equivalent.

    • Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management systems.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications, and SAP or other ERP system.

    • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment independently.
