Fleet Coordinator
Transdev is seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA to bolster our team. As a Fleet Coordinator, you"ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our customers" assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the maintenance and repair of the fleet to ensure vehicles are operational and safe
Monitor and track vehicle usage, including fuel consumption, mileage, and location
Ensure fleet operations comply with local and federal regulations and company policies
Manage vehicle registrations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules
Coordinate driver schedules and assignments to maximize efficiency
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, maintenance, and repair logs
Identify and implement cost-saving measures related to fleet management
Develop and implement fleet policies and procedures
Address and resolve any issues or complaints regarding the vehicles.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven work experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of fleet management and transportation laws
Good understanding of safety regulations and servicing
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and management skills
Proficient with fleet management software
Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
