Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet. This position is responsible for coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, assignments, registrations, and fleet documentation while ensuring vehicles remain safe, compliant, and available to support business operations. The Fleet Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between employees, vendors, dealerships, and our fleet lease provider to ensure timely service and efficient fleet operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the company fleet.
- Schedule service appointments with dealerships, vendors, and repair facilities to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding fleet-related questions, maintenance needs, accidents, and vehicle issues.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including registrations, titles, insurance, inspections, maintenance history, fuel cards, EZ Tags, and lease documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers, replacements, and returns with managers and employees.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees by coordinating company vehicle assignments and fleet assets.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all required services are completed on time.
- Track warranty repairs and coordinate with manufacturers or vendors as needed.
- Work closely with the company's fleet lease provider regarding new vehicle orders, replacements, and lease returns.
- Monitor fleet utilization and communicate recommendations for replacements or repairs.
- Support accident reporting by coordinating repairs, documentation, and communication with insurance providers and vendors.
- Ensure vehicles are equipped with required safety equipment and company-issued materials.
- Assist with tracking fleet expenses, including maintenance, fuel, registrations, and repairs.
- Prepare reports related to fleet activity, maintenance schedules, and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support fleet safety initiatives and assist with driver communication regarding vehicle policies and safe driving practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
