Paramount Recovery Service Inc. is hiring a Recovery Agent Flatbed/Rollback Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. No RA experience? No problem — we provide paid training and on-the-job support to help you succeed. Vehicle towing experience is preferred but we will consider the right candidate with equivalent experience opperating commercial vehicles or heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a rollback style, flat bed tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
- Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper techniques
- Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts and lockouts)
- Maintain accurate records of each recovery
- Communicate with dispatch, team members and customers to coordinate assignments
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Present a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions with customers, coworkers and outside agencies
Qualifications
- Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
- Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks
- Excellent organization and communication skills as well as the ability to verify paperwork
