About the Job

Ruan is hiring Class A Flex CDL driver to be based in Norcross, GA, to haul steel on flatbed trailer for our dedicated customer. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826.

Pay

Get paid weekly while earning $102,000 - $106,000 average annual.

• Daily flat rate for working full day is $400
• Daily flat rate for working half day is $200
• Per Diam is $50 per night spent away from home
• Personal Mileage Reimbursement pay is the IRS standard rate if using personal vehicle and is less than 200 miles round trip.
• Cancelled load pay - if drivers load is cancelled driver will still get paid the daily rate of either $200 or $400 depending on if it was more than or less than 4 hours scheduled.

Schedule

The schedule for this position will vary. Drivers will be out at least 3-4 weeks at a time or more and home for one week. Drivers will assist Marmon Keystone mainly but will also assist other Ruan operations as needed.

Equipment

Day cab or sleeper cab with a flatbed trailer.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older
• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
• With the Department of Transportations Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
