Nucar Honda of Norwood is looking for a reliable and experienced Flat Rate Automotive Service Technician to join our busy, growing dealership team.

We are a high-volume dealership located in a convenient, easily accessible area in a shop equipped with heat and AC. What We're Looking For:
- Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician, preferably in a dealership setting. Brand experience preferred, but not required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately complete service orders and document work performed.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Certifications: ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
