Flagpole Operations Supervisor
Shift: 1st, (7:45 AM -4:30 PM)
Pay: $55-$65K / Yr. (Based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Flagpole Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the Pole Prep, Fabrication, and Accessory departments. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating workflow, developing employees, improving warehouse efficiency, and supporting strategic flagpole operations.
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily workflow with Sales, Supervisors, and Team Leads
- Plan staffing needs and assist HR with recruiting
- Oversee customer pickups and ensure shipment accuracy
- Create and complete production orders
- Train, coach, and develop employees and department leads
- Address employee issues and provide corrective action when needed
- Manage inventory and storage of flagpoles
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and assist with vendor deliveries
- Support special projects and provide backup for delivery and LTL operations
- Serve as a backup driver for delivery orders
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
- Develop knowledge of various flagpole products, including M-Winch, Vanguard, and nesting poles
