Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee weekly flag football leagues, games, and schedules
- Ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all youth participants
- Communicate with parents, coaches, and volunteers regarding game-day logistics
- Set up and break down fields, equipment, and game-day materials
- Enforce i9 Sports rules, policies, and sportsmanship standards
- Manage team rosters, player check-ins, and game-day operations
- Resolve on-site issues and provide excellent customer service to families
Requirements:- Previous experience in sports coordination, coaching, or youth program management preferred
- Strong knowledge of flag football rules and gameplay
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings during the season
- Energetic, dependable, and passionate about youth sports
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
