    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional business office environment

    DRESS CODE: Business Casual

    CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Vouches deposits and disbursements of state & federal and student financial aid/loan programs

    Ability to work inter-dependently

    Performs weekly and monthly fund reconciliations

    Prepares and updates OSFA s procedures and training manuals

    Conducts compliance reviews of nonpublic post-secondary institutions

    Knowledge of Microsoft (ex. Excel, Word, Access, etc.)


    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS NEEDED:
    ** MUST have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (or) Community College Accounting Certificate
    and/or 3 yrs of experience working for the State of Florida (familiarity working with FLAIR or FLPALM)
    ** Professional business experience
    ** Basic accounting experience
    ** MUST HAVE Experience working with FLAIR or FLPALM
    ** Proficient using Microsoft Office
