    CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITES:
    Email Daily Muster to Patricia.
    Process Administrative Fine FedEx
    Weekly/biweekly Maintain LOGS,
    Monthly Travel Record all travel Updates/Log
    Work Force = Update director change, email change, ect.
    Clearing House = Look up BGS to assist Specialist & Supervisor
    HHS Summary Report = This report is due on the 1st of every month
    Law Enforcement Report = Law Enforcement inquire report for Family/ Daycares information
    Screen and transfer Calls.
    Maintain Documents & Log System on Share Drive Up to Date.
    Voicemail & Emails check throughout the day.
    Complaint Intake.
    Prioritize work assignments as required.
    Interview Packets, Schedule meeting room Providers Training Certificates, Register List Meeting minutes, (assign by Supervisor)

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    Knowledge of general office procedures and practices.
    Knowledge of correct grammar usage.
    Knowledge of basic arithmetic.
    Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
