What You Will Be Doing

Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team, supporting the Jacksonville, FL territory. In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 130-150 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of club fitting experience with a passion for golf performance and equipment technology
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment product knowledge with confident presentation abilities
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required: Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Please note: This is a contract position that will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency. Any benefits associated with the position would be provided through the staffing agency.
