Position Summary The Part-Time Fitness Trainer is responsible for designing, leading, and monitoring fitness and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of participants preparing for utility trades careers. This role focuses on building strength, agility, endurance, and overall physical readiness required for hands-on, safety-sensitive work in the skilled trades.
