Job Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions.
- Make calls to potential members and help convert inquiries into gym memberships.
- Explain membership options and assist with sign-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and gym environment.
- Help with general cleaning and daily facility upkeep.
The Perfect Candidate
We’re looking for someone who brings great energy, communicates confidently, enjoys helping people, and is eager to learn. Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk work, and cleaning is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most!
