HOTWORX West Fargo is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our membership community while creating an amazing experience for every member who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
* Welcome and connect with members and guests?
*Give studio tours and help people start their fitness journey?
*Sell memberships and retail products
*Follow up with leads and referrals?
*Assist with social media and community events?
*Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming?* Motivate members and help them reach their goals
What We’re Looking For:
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Comfortable talking with people and building relationships?
*Goal-oriented and self-motivated?
*Reliable and coachable?
*Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
*Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Schedule:
*15–25 hours per week
*Day, evening, and rotating Saturday shifts
*Opportunity for bonuses and commissions
