Job Summary

We are the fastest-growing indoor cycling brand, seeking individuals who want to grow with us. Multiple shifts needed: early morning 5:30am-7:30am, day 9:00am-1:00pm, and evenings 5:00-7:45pm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our CBX- CycleBar Experience (Sales) Associates are valuable team players who grow our membership base and build the CycleBar experience:
- Manage the full life cycle of the sales process from generating leads through closing membership, as well as promoting retail sales
- Provide superior professional and friendly service to all new and existing riders
- Role model the brand; help to build an inclusive, engaging team environment that promotes relationships with staff and members
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production and maintain the brand's standards
- Partner collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner
- Participate in special events occasionally (e.g., community markets, grand openings, and fitness events) to promote the club
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of one year in retail or fitness sales
- Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
- Must have a genuine hospitality focus and passion for people and fitness
- Ability to learn the Club Ready software systems
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and text/email
- Preferred: At least 6 months of experience in the fitness, wellness, or beauty industry
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to move bikes, and perform minor bike maintenance, as well as clean (e.g., CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
