    Love fitness and love to sell? UFC GYM Pittsburgh is looking for a PT Sales Manager to drive personal training sales and lead our Fitness team. You’ll help members find the right training program for their goals, coach our trainers, and grow one of the most important parts of our club. This is a sales and leadership role, not a training role.

    What You’ll Do

    • Sell personal training packages to new and current members
    • Run fitness consultations and assessments, then follow up to close
    • Sell memberships, recovery services, and supplements
    • Match new clients with the right trainer and keep trainer schedules full
    • Coach trainers on selling, renewing, and keeping clients
    • Track daily results and lead the team to hit monthly goals
    • Deliver a great experience to every member
    What We’re Looking For

    • Sales experience, ideally in fitness or membership sales
    • Strong knowledge of training, recovery, and supplements
    • Ability to coach and motivate a team
    • Confident, professional communication
    • Comfort working with goals and numbers
    • Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
    Pay and Perks

    • Hourly base pay
    • Commission on your personal sales, up to 15% on new PT agreements
    • Monthly team bonus when club goals are met
    • Health insurance and a free club membership
    Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
