Between classes, you’ll reset equipment, note any supply or maintenance needs, and touch base with your supervisor about upcoming offerings so the program stays well-rounded. During sessions, you’ll stay alert to the room’s energy and pacing, making quick adjustments so participants feel supported. As your shift wraps up, you’ll close down the space, document anything noteworthy, and head out knowing you helped neighbors move, learn, and feel better.
