Orangetheory Fitness Newtown is hiring Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workouts. If you bring the energy, we'll bring the opportunity to grow, lead, and make an impact, every class, every day.
Please note: Midday and early evening availability is required. As part of the team, you"ll have a set schedule, but we also require flexible availability to support your fellow coaches when needed. This includes the ability to cover early- and mid-morning, afternoon, and early-evening classes.

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body workout designed to burn fat, build strength, and improve overall fitness, backed by science, tracked by technology, and inspired by coaches.

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
