What You''ll Do

• Lead group strength and VO2 Conditioning classes across the treadmill, rower, and weight floor using Orangetheory''s heart-rate-based, science-backed program.
• Deliver an unforgettable member experience - motivating, coaching form, modifying for all fitness levels, and knowing your members by name.
• Interpret and coach to the five heart-rate zones, helping members chase Splat Points and hit their goals safely.
• Choreograph and rehearse each day''s template so you walk in prepared, not winging it.
• Coach real-time modifications for beginners, athletes, injuries, and everyone in between.
• Partner with the sales and front-desk team to drive retention, referrals, and a studio culture people don''t want to leave.
• Represent the studio and brand with professionalism, positivity, and hustle.

What You Bring

• A current, nationally accredited personal training or group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, or equivalent).
• Current CPR / AED certification (or willingness to obtain before your first class).
• Real presence - you can command a room, read the energy, and adjust on the fly.
• A coaching style that''s motivating without being a drill sergeant, and knowledgeable without being a lecture.
• Reliability and professionalism: on time, prepared, and consistent.
• Bonus points for prior group fitness or HIIT coaching experience - but the right personality and certification matter most.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
