Description

This position is responsible for the daily operation and supervision of the Fitness Center.

Description of Essential Functions (critical tasks)

Essential Job Functions:

• Safely instruct and conduct orientations on the use of the fitness center equipment.
• Process and monitor ID check-in/out procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.

Specific Functional Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Associate degree preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Background in Fitness/Exercise field.

Knowledge:

• Microsoft Office skills and ability to use Red Canyon Software; Communication skills, fitness experience and knowledge.

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and interact with the students and staff of the college.
