What you'll do
- Lead One-on-One and Small Group sessions on Exerbotics equipment
- Run initial consultations and turn first visits into members
- Track client strength, mobility and balance results, and coach clients on what the numbers mean
- Deliver coach assisted stretching (hands-on) and balance training
- Coach clients on nutrition and metabolic health
- Own your studio metrics: retention, session volume, client satisfaction

What you'll need
- Genuine interest in health and strength

- Reliability. Clients book their week around you
Degree or certification in exercise science, kinesiology, PT, athletic training, nursing or coaching is a plus. So is experience in teaching, hospitality, or any job where people came back because of you. We train the rest.
