    Position Summary.

    Our team is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, content creation, website support, social media, sales enablement, and corporate marketing efforts across the organization.

    This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing creative production with project coordination and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing Coordinator serves as a versatile marketing resource, supporting multiple business functions through the development and execution of digital campaigns, website updates, social media content coordination, content creation, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing operations.

    Responsibilities include supporting social media initiatives, website updates and content, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, marketing projects and events, sales enablement, and corporate marketing initiatives.     This position offers the opportunity to build expertise across the full spectrum of modern marketing, including digital marketing, social media strategy, website support, content creation, marketing automation, brand stewardship, and sales support while contributing to the continued growth of our company.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives across Fisher's Technology's 13 markets throughout Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Montana.
    • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation initiatives.
    • Coordinate social media content calendars, publish approved content, monitor engagement, and support online community interactions across company social media channels.
    • Support website content updates, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets to ensure accurate, engaging, and up-to-date information.
    • Create and edit marketing content, including digital graphics, presentations, blogs, email communications, promotional materials, photography, and short-form video.
    • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing projects, events, trade shows, community engagement activities, and internal initiatives.
    • Support online reputation efforts by monitoring and responding to Google Business Profile reviews and assisting with local search visibility initiatives.
    • Assist with sales enablement by supporting RFP responses, maintaining marketing collateral, updating sales resources, and providing lead entry backup as needed.
    • Collaborate with sales, operations, HR, leadership, and vendor partners to support marketing initiatives and organizational communication objectives.
    • Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
    • Maintain brand consistency by following established brand standards across digital and print communications.
    • Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts.
    • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and increased engagement.
    • Support additional marketing, communications, and special projects as assigned.

    Experience Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field.
    • Experience supporting the coordination and execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
    • Experience creating and publishing digital content, including social media, email marketing, website content, blogs, and other marketing communications.
    • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational, project coordination, and follow-through skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
    • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media, recruiting, or digital marketing campaigns.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with graphic design and creative platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
    • Experience using content management systems (CMS) to publish and maintain website content.
    • Experience coordinating social media content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement across multiple platforms.
    • Familiarity with email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, Salesforce, or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, SEO best practices, or other digital marketing reporting and optimization tools.
    • Experience supporting lead generation, online reputation management, or digital advertising initiatives.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing projects and campaigns.
