Date: August 5, 2026 Position: Fiscal Services Coordinator Business Services Department Hours: Monday-Friday / 8 hrs per day 260 days per school year (247 work days plus 13 paid holidays) Salary: Confidential/Supervisory Salary Schedule Range 2 Step A-$32.21 to Step E-$37.00) Benefits include various health, dental and vision insurance packages CalPERS Retirement Vacation, Sick Leave, 13 paid holidays, 3 personal business days per year Qualifications: -Graduation from High School or its equivalent. AA/AS or BA/BS in the area of business, supplemented by additional work in accounting, with appropriate work experience or training in a related field. -Methods and practices of financial record keeping, computer accounting systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). -Pass Accounting test with a minimum score of 70% -Ability to pass DOJ Fingerprint Clearance required -TB Clearance required prior to working.
