Our client, a prominent firm specializing in property damage insurance claims, business litigation disputes, and personal injury matters, is seeking a talented and motivated First Party Property Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
As an integral part of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside lead attorneys, gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including gathering, analyzing, and organizing information; drafting legal pleadings, discovery, deposition attendance and summaries, as well as trial preparations and other legal documents.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with lead attorneys and support staff
- Conduct client interviews and locate/interview expert witnesses
- Draft a wide range of legal documents, including discovery, motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and letters
- Investigate factual information to respond to litigation discovery requests
- Assist in all phases of case preparation, from discovery to trial
- Provide trial support and attendance as required
- Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues, such as attorney-client privileged materials
- Travel throughout the state as needed to meet business requirements

Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Georgia Bar License in Good Standing
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- 1-2 years of experience in First Party Property damage insurance claims, business litigation disputes, and personal injury matters (Plaintiff side)
