Position Summary
At Columbia Orthopaedic Group, we know the first interaction matters. As a First Impressions Associate, you'll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that helps patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do
- Greet patients warmly and handle check-in and check-out
- Make sure patient information is accurate and complete
- Answer questions and help patients feel at ease, even on busy days
- Verify insurance and referrals ahead of appointments
- Collect co-pays and payments accurately
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments
- Work closely with coworkers to keep everything running smoothly
- Jump in and help wherever needed-we're a team!
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Comfort using computers and office systems
