First-Chair Trial Litigator - Houston Boutique Litigation Firm

An established Houston firm is seeking a first-chair litigator with trial experience to lead cases through verdict. Personal injury defense backgrounds are especially welcome.

Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel on litigation matters through trial
- Manage discovery, experts, and pretrial motions
- Take and defend key depositions
- Advise clients on risk and resolution strategy
- Mentor associates

Requirements
- First-chair trial experience (any practice area) or a personal injury defense background
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Strong courtroom presence and judgment

Compensation and benefits
- Compensation equal to or better than market

Work arrangement
Full-time, in the Houston office.
