    Position Summary: Firmware Engineering Manager

    Location: Nashua, NH

    Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a Firmware Engineering Manager for the High Speed Cables team located in Nashua, NH.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and mentor the Firmware engineering team, providing needed training and working with team members to grow within the organization

    Manage firmware project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent programs

    Provide technical mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support for engineering staff

    Aid in product defect analysis, which may include updating our production tools to collect additional information and mining factory log files

    Develop and enforce firmware architecture standards and coding best practices. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies

    Coordinate with peers and other engineering managers within the organization to share best practices

    QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Firmware/Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline

    5+ years of experience in a technical leadership position within a related industry

    Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.

    Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
