Law office seeks Firm Administrator to manage daily business operations by providing administrative, financial, and human resources support.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Firm’s external CPA and assist with payroll and billing functions while developing reports and year-end financial statements.
Maintain personnel records and coordinate human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and performance management.
Support administration of employee benefits and retirement plans and serve as the main point of contact for benefit providers and brokers.
Interface with IT and office vendors and ensure internal platforms and office equipment are functioning properly.
Assisting with additional special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly proactive with excellent prioritizing skills.
Positive, professional attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Remains organized and meets deadlines effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
Exercises good judgement given minimal direction.
Understanding of business operations and accounting principles.
Excellent computer and software skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, QuickBooks, and HRIS.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Private law firm and legal administrative experience required.
