Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations, HR & Accounting for our client, a prestigious and well-established law firm in the Galleria area of Dallas. This unique opportunity offers the ability to work closely with firm leadership while preparing to assume a critical role overseeing human resources, accounting operations, payroll, benefits administration, and day-to-day business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Manage banking relationships, cash flow activities, fund transfers, and trust account reconciliations
  • Coordinate payroll processing, attorney compensation distributions, and related reporting
  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and supplemental benefits
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and HR administration
  • Support recruiting efforts, employee relations matters, and performance management initiatives
  • Coordinate insurance programs including professional liability, cyber, disability, and other firm-sponsored policies
  • Serve as a key liaison with vendors, banking partners, insurance providers, payroll administrators, and external CPA firms
  • Assist with office operations, staff development initiatives, and firm-wide projects
  • Act as a trusted resource to firm leadership and employees on a variety of operational matters

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, human resources, operations, office management, or law firm administration
  • Prior law firm or professional services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, accounting principles, and financial operations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated career stability and desire for a long-term opportunity
