Position: Fire Sprinkler Technician
Location: Rio Rancho, NM (Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates)
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week expected)

Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and repair wet and dry fire sprinkler systems according to safety codes.
- Perform fire pump and standpipe system tests and report findings.
- Identify hazards, defects, or code violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently during installation and repair tasks.
- Perform general maintenance tasks and document work for compliance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on time.
What Were Looking For
- License:
Valid MS12J Fire Sprinkler license (or equivalent) this is required.
- Certifications:
Backflow certification preferred.
- Experience:
Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation, repair, and NFPA safety codes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, diagnostic programs, and plumbing/sprinkler tools.
- Location:
Must be based in, near, or willing to relocate to Rio Rancho/Albuquerque, NM. (Relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants.)
