Description
Marlboro Fire Extinguisher, Inc. is currently seeking fire extinguisher technician to inspect, service, sell and maintain portable fire extinguishers.
For 53 years, Marlboro Fire Extinguisher, Inc. has been dedicated to its customers, and consequently earned their respect and confidence in providing fire protection services.
Job Responsibilities
Servicing Extinguishers in preparation for weekly distribution.
Field work across various locations in MA.
Driving Company Van to and from job sites.
In-House maintenance and Recharging Fire Extinguishers.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer skills. Must be willing to work 40 hours a week.
Ability to cope with change, meet deadlines and make decisions in timely manner.
Valid drivers lincense and clear criminal background check.
Ability to work in confined spaces and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, including electric and battery-powered equipment.
Fire Equipment Certificate of Competency (R46 MA License-Portable Fire Extinguisher) is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate(s) to became licensed (R46) within the allotted time frame.
If you already hold an R46 License and have at least three years of experience, we can offer $36.00 per hour to start, along with all other benefits.
