POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Fire and Safety Watchers

Pay Rate: $15 - $24

Location: Orlando, FL

Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: 9:30 PM - 7:00 AM - NIGHT SHIFT

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Remain on the ground to monitor the work area for hazards or blind spots during hot work
• Be present at the job site no later than 9:30 PM
• Ensure no other tasks are performed while hot work is in progress
• Contact supervisor if there are any access issues at the gate
• Provide daily safety observation and alertness

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to stay alert and monitor the work area continuously
• Good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
