    What You ll Be Doing
    Pulling fire alarm cable through J-hooks, bridle rings, conduit, and other approved pathways
    Installing and terminating basic fire alarm devices, including horn/strobes, pull stations, and smoke detectors
    Installing outlet and junction boxes, cable, conduit, and related system components
    Using a volt/ohm meter for basic testing and troubleshooting
    Assisting with system testing and identifying basic installation issues
    Following fire alarm wiring and cable-protection requirements
    Working from project plans and direction provided by senior technicians and project leadership
    Applying basic NFPA terminology and fire alarm installation standards in the field

    What You Bring to the Table
    1+ years of commercial Fire alarm installation experience.
    Commercial fire alarm installation experience
    Experience pulling and routing fire alarm cable
    Familiarity with basic fire alarm device terminations
    Basic troubleshooting and testing ability
    Familiarity with volt/ohm meter operation
    Basic understanding of fire alarm systems, initiating devices, notification appliances, and control functions
    Familiarity with NFPA standards and terminology related to fire alarm installations
    Reliable transportation and Valid Driver s License.
