Fire Alarm Service Supervisor

Location: Chantilly, VA (Supporting the DMV Region)

Compensation: $40-$46/hr+ (flexibility for the right candidate)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Travel: Throughout the DMV region

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Supervisor to join a growing industry leader in the fire and life safety space. This role offers a blend of leadership and hands-on field support, overseeing service operations and personnel across the DMV market.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Fire Alarm Service Technicians, Coordinators, and Inspectors
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through successful execution of service programs and projects
Manage daily service operations, including resource allocation, safety, quality, and performance
Support service agreements, maintenance work, parts sales, and time-and-material projects
Drive growth of the service business within the local market
Serve as a key liaison between customers and field teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of fire alarm field service experience
Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technicians
Experience in one or more of the following industries:
Fire Alarm & Life Safety
Electronic Security Systems
Building Automation
Healthcare Facilities

Preferred Certifications

NICET Certification
EST (Electronic Systems Technician) Certification
