Fire Alarm Operations Coordinator - West Palm Beach Full Time West Palm Beach Posted 2 days ago Job Description Job Application Position Summary The Fire Alarm Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all branch activities related to fire alarm inspections, service, repairs, deficiencies, and construction projects. This position serves as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Reporting directly to the Service Manager and Branch Manager, this role plays a critical part in the daily operations of the Alarm Division by supporting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch fire alarm service and inspection technicians. Manage service requests, repair work, deficiencies, and project schedules. Schedule inspections, testing activities, and acceptance testing. Coordinate permitting requirements and AHJ inspections. Track project milestones, material procurement, and subcontractor activities as required. Review service documentation, inspection reports, call summaries, and project records for accuracy and completeness. Provide administrative and operational support to field personnel and customers. Assist with invoicing, collections, and project closeout activities. Maintain effective communication with customers, technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Support the successful completion of service work and construction projects while maintaining high levels of customer service.
