Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems in residential and commercial properties.
• NICET certified not required but recommended 
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fire alarm system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding fire safety and alarm systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fire alarm technology.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fire alarm installer or service technician for 5+ years
• Relevant certifications and licenses in fire alarm systems are required
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
