Job Position: Fire Alarm Helper
Location: San Antonio, TX 78249
Pay Rate:$18.00/hr

You ll be part of a team installing life safety systems that help protect commercial buildings, facilities, and the people who work inside them. If you are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to build a career in the trades, this opportunity is for you.
As a Fire Alarm Helper, you will:
Assist experienced fire alarm technicians with commercial installations
Pull and route fire alarm cable through J-hooks, bridle rings, and approved pathways
Help install fire alarm devices including horn/strobes, pull stations, and smoke detectors
Assist with material handling, jobsite preparation, and maintaining a clean work area
Learn proper installation methods, tools, and industry standards
Work alongside skilled technicians while developing your low voltage skills
Qualifications / Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Interest in building a career in fire alarm and low voltage systems
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus
Construction, electrical, or low voltage experience is helpful but not required
