Fintech Product Manager

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to collaborate closely with leadership to define the product roadmap and prioritize development tasks. You’ll use your understanding of user needs, business priorities, and market trends to guide decisions, while aligning them with the company's overarching strategy. This role will involve thorough research, consistent planning, and execution of new features, enhancements, and problem-solving, while working closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of a suite of innovative products.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics, to deliver world-class solutions.
  
• Establish and communicate a shared vision across the company, creating consensus on priorities and delivering impactful outcomes.
  
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions while maintaining a user-centric approach.
  
• Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot user-reported issues and gather feedback to enhance products.
  
• Perform analysis on key product metrics and use the insights to shape product strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  
• 3+ years of experience translating business strategy into products for industries like financial institutions.
  
• 3+ years of experience as a product owner working with cross-functional teams in an agile development process.
  
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead group discussions.
  
• High empathy for users and a passion for creating impactful solutions.
  
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity and learning from failure.
  
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
