    Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Finishing Process Engineer, collaborating with the Rolled Products and Extrusions Manufacturing Technology and Engineering (MTE) Team. As a corporate expert, you will optimize processes, solve challenges, and drive efficiency improvements, contributing to our global leadership in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Optimize process equipment to enhance quality and capacity.
    • Resolve equipment and process challenges in finishing processes.
    • Lead problem-solving teams, organize support, and drive resolution of chronic problems.
    • Develop and deploy best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate technology transfer.
    • Maintain vendor relationships, stay updated on external developments, and provide support for capital projects.
    • Participate in technical assessments and deliver equipment, control, and process training.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    • 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in metal finishing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Desire and ability to travel extensively (25-50%), including international travel.
    • Proficiency in Rockwell PLCs for troubleshooting.
    • Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
    • Self-starter with prioritization based on business needs.
    • Strong leadership skills.
