Finishing/Assembly

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing/Assembly team member to join our dynamic facility located in Salt Lake City, UT, 84104. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the final stages of our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Responsibilities

• Assemble and finish products according to specifications and quality standards.

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.

• Cut and install springs manually

• Deburr parts

• Utilize various tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs as needed.
