Finisher/Packaging Associate

Finisher – Packaging & Inspection
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Additional overtime available/as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Finishers / Packaging Associates to join the production team. This position is responsible for inspecting finished boxes and packaging products to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.

What You'll Do

As a Finisher, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inspect finished boxes and packaging for quality, appearance, and defects.

• Pack completed boxes according to production and customer requirements.

• Count, organize, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.

• Remove or separate products that do not meet quality standards.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow production instructions and company quality standards.

• Work efficiently to help the production team meet daily goals.

• Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed.

Position Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs.

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for the majority of the shift.

• Comfortable performing repetitive inspection, packing, and production tasks.

• Good attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours.

• Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, plus additional overtime when required.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
