    Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Finished Carpenter role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for exceptional craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction projects.     Key Responsibilities:
    · Install and finish cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, windows, and other detailed woodwork according to project specifications.
    · Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate installation and completion of projects.
    · Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
    · Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
    · Perform final finishing work, ensuring all installations meet company and client standards.
    · Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
    · Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
    · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    · Identify and report material shortages, project concerns, or safety issues to supervisors.
    · Assist with additional carpentry and construction tasks as needed.

     

    Qualifications:
    · High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    · Previous experience as a Finish Carpenter required.
    · Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, trim installation, cabinetry, and finish work.
    · Ability to read blueprints, plans, and construction drawings.
    · Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
    · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
    · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
    · Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
    · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
