Finish Assistant

!st Shift - 7:00AM - 3:00PM
Hourly Rate is based on experience and will be discussed during the initial phone screen
This role supports press and finishing operations by performing quality checks, packaging finished product, assisting operators, and helping maintain a safe and organized production environment.
- Perform quality checks on finished materials during production
- Pack completed bags and pouches into shipping boxes
- Assemble boxes for finished product packaging
- Apply informational and identification labels to boxes for shipment
- Move finished materials to the packing area
- Assist operators and production team members as needed
- Follow plant safety procedures, report safety concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team production environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Mechanical aptitude to assist in equipment changeovers
- Ability to lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
