We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills to assist the Livescan Team in our Illinois office.Job Description:Provides stellar customer service and fingerprinting services at our Crestwood office and remotely as required.The key responsibilities include interacting with our customers, collecting cash or credit card payments, computer skills and working with our Livescan Computer systems.Skills / Qualifications:Atleast 21 years of ageMust be able to pass an extensive Background Investigation and credit check from TSA & Homeland SecurityClean driving record within the prior two yearsBackground in Customer Service (1 year or more)Fast and Accurate computer / keyboard abilityWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office products particularly Excel, Outlook and WordHS Diploma required / College degree or some College preferred but not required
